 Good size, reasonably inexpensive pan

I have a couple of these for general use. They’re good quality, sturdy aluminum “jelly roll pans” though I tend to use them as cookie sheets.

at long last!

AT long last, a cookie sheet that will last! I was beginning to think of them as disposable–I usually get a pair and throw them away at the end of the year due to the warping and grease splotches that just won’t come off. On these pans, the heavy metal does not warp, and the shiny surface so far does not stain. I’ve used this for cookies both with parchment paper and without, I’ve used it for rolls, and I’ve used it for heating up chicken strips for the kids, and it’s been great every time.

Great pan

Ive read other reviews that mention … ” the old ones were heavy duty”… Well this one is pretty heavy duty. I’d hate to see how heavy the older ones were  Nice pan… make sure you get lids
